Epicurean Catering Company is a premier catering company located in Atlanta, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida with plans to expand throughout the Southeast. Started several years ago by Managing Partners Chef Tomas Vallejo, Jr. and Chef Myron Manthe, Epicurean has been delighting clients in the Buckhead community with their exquisite menus, incredible staff and delightful tablescapes. Chef Tomas creates unique menus that are specifically chosen for the event, whether it’s a wedding, a private event or a birthday party. Epicurean clients have a variety of options, from full bar service with expert bartenders, passed hors d’oeuvres, plated dinners, breakfast buffets and corporate cocktail hours.

I met Chef Tomas Vallejo, Jr. when we were working in a well-known Atlanta-based restaurant many years ago. After discussing business plans outside of the restaurant, we began working together to build several e-commerce companies, as well as working together with the catering business.
I’ve worked several catering events with Chef Tomas in Atlanta’s Buckhead community, and I continue to be the Web Developer and Catering Coordinator, as well as the Lead Bartender, for all Epicurean Catering Company events in the Atlanta area.
I designed and developed the website for Epicurean Catering Company, and Chef Tomas’s other companies, Juice Market 101 and Chef’s Gourmet Market. I am also the Marketing Director for Epicurean Catering Company, and developed a completely custom online marketing strategy, including blogging, social media management, advertising, and SEO integration.
